Menu highlights include Te Matuku oysters, pāua arancini with horopito beurre blanc, pork porchetta with leek and cranberry stuffing, a summer vege tian, and lemon meringue tart.

Bring in the New Year in style with a four-course sharing-style dinner celebrating the best of Aotearoa’s oceans, forests and fields. Our buzzing, elegant restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy an inspired seafood-focused feast as your final meal of 2026.
Menu highlights include smoked kahawai with chawanmushi, Hawke’s Bay lamb rump with harissa carrots, market fish with verjus nage, and Eton mess with Otago cherries. Raise a welcome glass of Louis Roederer Collection 246 as you toast to the year ahead, then stay on as kingi is open until 11.30pm.

Our Express Lunch offers a special menu with a main and a wine, beer or alcohol-free beverage for $39 – all beautiful locally sourced sustainable ingredients and clever flavour combinations. Perfect (and great value) for a working lunch or a meet-up with a pal.
Three Parts, No Fuss
Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth, equal parts, stirred over ice with a twist of orange. The negroni has been quietly winning people over for more than a century and hasn't needed to change much along the way. Bitter, balanced and a little bracing, it does exactly what it sets out to do.
